TimelyCare: free virtual care, 24/7

TimelyCare gives every WNMU undergraduate and graduate student free virtual medical and mental health care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can use it from any state, after hours, on weekends and over breaks. That includes online students who are not in Grant County.

What you can get

• Talk Now: talk with a mental health professional right away, any time of day.
• Scheduled counseling: book counseling sessions with a licensed counselor.
• Medical care: see a medical provider by video for common illnesses and health questions.

Care is available in more than 240 languages, including Spanish.

How to get started

1. Log in to Mustang Express (sign-in required).
2. Open TimelyCare from Mustang Express.
3. Choose Talk Now, schedule a counseling session or request a medical visit.

There is no cost to you for TimelyCare visits.

In an emergency or crisis

If you are having a life-threatening emergency, call 911. For 24/7 crisis support, call or text 988 or call the HMS Behavioral Health Crisis Line at (855) 422-4334.

Prefer to see someone in person?

Medical, dental and behavioral health care is also available in person from Hidalgo Medical Services (HMS). To make an appointment, call 888-271-3596. You can also meet with WNMU’s campus counselors.
